Our breakfast menu starts with the burrito, because in Las Cruces that is what breakfast is: egg, cheese, and your pick of sausage, bacon, chorizo, potato, ham, or beans in a warm flour tortilla, with our house green or red chile ladled on top or served on the side. Around it we build the rest of the spread, pancakes and French toast, breakfast potatoes and green chile casserole, bacon and sausage, pastry, fresh fruit, and coffee.
The chile is the same green and red we cook for our Mexican menu, and you can have either one or both, Christmas style. Burritos come by the dozen, wrapped and ready to hand out, or smothered and served in trays for a sit-down breakfast. We can drop the whole spread off ready to serve, set it up as a buffet with chafers to hold the heat, or add our staff to run a build-your-own burrito bar or a pancake griddle station in front of your guests.
We deliver breakfast from 8:00 a.m. across Las Cruces, Mesilla, and Doña Ana County, and there is no minimum order, so a team meeting for a dozen is as welcome as a church breakfast for two hundred. Vegetarian guests are covered with potato, egg, and cheese or bean and cheese burritos, the green chile breakfast casserole, fruit, and yogurt parfaits. For brunch, a getting-ready breakfast for the wedding party, or the morning after the wedding, tell us your time and headcount and we will shape the spread to fit.

Do you cater breakfast burritos in Las Cruces?+
Yes. Breakfast burritos are the heart of our breakfast menu. Order them by the dozen with your choice of fillings, wrapped and ready to hand out, or smothered in our house green or red chile (or Christmas) and served in trays.
How early can you deliver breakfast?+
We deliver breakfast from 8:00 a.m. across Las Cruces and Mesilla. When you reach out, tell us the time you want the food on the table, not just the time your event starts, and we will plan around it.
Is there a minimum order for breakfast catering?+
No. There is no minimum, so a breakfast for a small team meeting is just as welcome as a large church or wedding breakfast.
Do you provide coffee?+
Yes. Coffee service is a per-guest add-on: fresh brewed regular and decaf, with cups, lids, cream, and sugar. Hot tea and orange or apple juice are available too.
Can pancakes and scrambled eggs be delivered?+
Yes. Pancakes, French toast, and scrambled eggs are best enjoyed within 30 minutes of delivery. For a longer event, the baked French toast casserole and the green chile breakfast casserole hold their heat much longer, or add our pancake griddle station and we will cook to order on site.
Do you cater brunch?+
Yes. Brunch works well for the morning after a wedding, showers, graduations, and Sunday gatherings. We build it from the same menu, burritos or casseroles, pancakes or French toast, bacon and sausage, fruit, pastry, coffee, and juice.
Do you serve mimosas or other alcohol?+
No. We are alcohol free, so we do not serve or set up alcohol, including mimosa bars. Chilled orange juice and apple juice are on the menu.
Do you have vegetarian breakfast options?+
Plenty. Potato, egg, and cheese and bean and cheese burritos, the green chile breakfast casserole, pancakes, fruit, pastry, and yogurt parfaits are all vegetarian. Tell us your count and we will balance the spread.
